    About Us

‘Founded in 2012 Fleur de Lys has grown and flourished overtime. We moved into our refurbished building within the heart of Saxilby in February 2017 and continued to go from strength to strength, welcoming new staff members and children into the Fleur family.’

Fleur De Lys Nursery & Pre-school passionately believe; every child should be given the best possible start in life. We will ensure, when your child leaves to go to school, they have established skills and confidence supporting them in every aspect of their education and future life.

At Fleur de Lys we believe that each child is unique and we promote this through ‘In the Moment’ planning, which means staff are engaged and enhancing your child’s learning through the things they enjoy doing. Our provision is developed and enriched to meet every child’s individual needs.

In our Seedlings (our youngest children) and our Blossoms room, we will encourage your children to explore, take age appropriate risks and be an active participant in their own learning. We will provide a fun and stimulating environment based upon learning through play. We believe our warm and homely ethos, will positively influence your child’s development, enabling them to grow and be happy.

The staff team are highly qualified; all holding a minimum of a level 3 and some holding Level 7 qualifications in education, far exceeding the statutory requirements for nursery settings.
